公司核心技術：通過科學設計制砂機破碎腔及石料撞擊角度，使石料在破碎腔內形成撞擊、錘擊、擠壓于一體，充分利用轉子旋轉所產生的離心力、風力，使石料在破碎腔內多次、多角度相互撞擊，制砂效率高、產量大，砂形好、近似河砂，含粉率低，細度模數、連續級配可調可控，有效提升機制砂質量，確?；üこ藤|量；最新研制的特大型制砂機，攻克多項技術難關，具有雙驅動、同步調速、負荷自動調節、自動平衡；單機產量最大（每小時制砂高達300噸），進料粒徑最大可達120mm。做到行業極致、世界領先，將成為砂石料行業最具市場競爭力的優勢產品。新研制的干式制砂工藝技術，風選代替水洗，電熱烘干，風量熱量循環應用，節能高效，無污泥處理、原料利用率100%，工廠式生產，主機工廠兩級密封負壓除塵，無粉塵外揚，符合環保要求。該制砂機利用旋轉所產生的離心力、風力達到極致，能更好地為用戶創造財富。
中鐵四局深汕西高速改擴建項目、重慶巨成集團礦業公司、湖北德耀建設工程公司、河北秦皇島宏興鋼鐵公司、樂昌元豐新型建材公司、湖南耒陽泰安采石場等用戶在應用核力制砂機取得良好收益后，再次采用核力制砂機建造新的制砂生產線。
江西大茅山石材有限公司興德砂廠，開始采用七臺立軸沖擊制砂機等設備，干式制砂，因泥粉超標、粒形、級配等成品砂質量問題，后改用水洗制砂，泥粉、粒形、級配等質量仍然無法達標，不得不將投資約8000萬元整套生產線設備設施撤除。改用核力三臺HZS1815特大型制砂機等設備及核力水洗含泥原料干式制砂工藝技術，花崗巖制砂，泥粉、粒形、級配等成品砂質量達標，產量增加一倍以上（時產高到800噸），含粉率減少到不足7%。

Shaoguan Heli Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. is located in Muxi Industrial Park, Shaoguan City. Shaoguan City is a famous city of historic and cultural significance with beautiful scenery, an excellent touristy city in China, and also a heavy industry production base of Guangdong Province. It is very convenient to access Muxi Industrial Park through public transport . State Highway 323 passes by the gate of the company. The company lies 6 kilometers to the north of the Shaoguan Station of Wuhan-Guangzhou High-Speed Rail and 4 kilometers to the East of Shaoguan North Exit (Longgui Exit) of Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway .
