  環(huán)保智能碎石制砂機(jī),是我公司為了改變傳統(tǒng)破碎機(jī)、制砂機(jī)效率低、能耗高、成品率低、粉塵或污水污染環(huán)境,人工操控安全隱患多的局面而自主研制并具有智能、高效、節(jié)能、環(huán)保、安全、視頻操控、遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控等多功能的碎石制砂成套設(shè)備。其技術(shù)經(jīng)廣東省科學(xué)技術(shù)情報(bào)研究所和江蘇省科技查新咨詢中心的《科技查新報(bào)告》確認(rèn),國內(nèi)首創(chuàng)。為礦山碎石加工工藝設(shè)備升級(jí)改造提供技術(shù)條件,也將成為未來發(fā)展的必然趨勢。已申報(bào)多項(xiàng)國家專利。
  該機(jī)是根據(jù)河砂自然形成的原理,利用沖擊能來破碎石料的新型碎石制砂機(jī)械。本機(jī)工作時(shí),在電動(dòng)機(jī)的帶動(dòng)下,轉(zhuǎn)子高速旋轉(zhuǎn),石料進(jìn)入板錘作用區(qū)時(shí),與轉(zhuǎn)子上的板錘撞擊破碎后拋至反擊襯板上再次撞擊破碎,然后又從反擊襯板上彈回到板錘作用區(qū)重新撞擊破碎,此過程重復(fù)進(jìn)行,石料由大到小進(jìn)入第一、第二破碎腔內(nèi)重復(fù)進(jìn)行破碎,石料經(jīng)破碎后由出料口排出。調(diào)整反擊架與轉(zhuǎn)子之間的間隙、調(diào)節(jié)轉(zhuǎn)子轉(zhuǎn)速,自動(dòng)改變出料粒度。
  該機(jī)配有均衡送料器、使石料在破碎腔內(nèi)分布均勻,從而增加撞擊面;轉(zhuǎn)子板錘采用卡塊壓緊裝置裝配,裝卸簡便、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)安全可靠;科學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)撞擊角度,增大撞擊力,使石料在破碎腔內(nèi)下行過程中重復(fù)多次形成石料與板錘、石料與反擊襯板、石料與石料之間相互撞擊,從而提高石料的破碎率、提高成品產(chǎn)量、降低磨損成本;轉(zhuǎn)子設(shè)計(jì)為正反方向旋轉(zhuǎn),破碎腔空間得到充分利用,板錘及反擊襯板磨損均衡;采用異型板錘,異型板錘采用特別配方的高鉻合金材料精密鑄造,增強(qiáng)板錘的耐磨性,板錘磨損處加寬加厚增加磨削量,提高板錘的利用率、降低使用成本;配置數(shù)控粉塵收除器進(jìn)行粉塵收除利用,避免粉塵外泄污染環(huán)境,實(shí)現(xiàn)環(huán)保生產(chǎn);配置智能控制系統(tǒng),智能控制系統(tǒng)通過應(yīng)用傳感技術(shù)、計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、變頻技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)智能生產(chǎn);通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控并具有以下13項(xiàng)主要技術(shù)優(yōu)勢:
  1、成品質(zhì)量好:所制成品砂呈似立方體、無張力、無裂縫、針片狀少、含粉率低、連續(xù)級(jí)配好,符合高速公路、高速鐵路、攪拌站等對(duì)砂石高質(zhì)量的要求;
  2、成品產(chǎn)量大、效率高:按照主機(jī)負(fù)荷自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)供料量,自動(dòng)控制主機(jī)滿負(fù)荷生產(chǎn),制砂產(chǎn)量是同等主機(jī)電機(jī)功率立式?jīng)_擊制砂機(jī)的2倍;
  3、成品率高:按照設(shè)定的出料粒度自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)主機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子轉(zhuǎn)速,自動(dòng)控制出料粒度,石料一次性制砂成品率65%以上(特硬石料50%以上),是立式?jīng)_擊制砂機(jī)的2倍;
  4、能耗低:撞擊角度設(shè)計(jì)科學(xué)、石料相互撞擊、撞擊力大,每噸成品砂主機(jī)電耗2度左右(石料硬度差異),電耗是立式?jīng)_擊制砂機(jī)的一半;
  5、原料利用率高:所制成品砂含粉量低,不需水洗、沒有流失。

  Environment-friendly  intelligent stone crushing and  sand making machine
    In order to change the  statuses  of  traditional  crushers and sand making machine  such as low efficiency, high energy consumption, low product yield rate , dust or effluent pollution on the environment , many  hidden  dangers brought about by manual operation and control ,our company has developed a set of  multifunction equipments for stone crushing and sand making (i.e. environment-friendly  intelligent stone crushing and  sand making machine ) ,which possesses a lot of advantages such as intelligence , high efficiency , energy saving , environment-friendly, safety ,video operation and control,  and  remote monitoring ,etc.. The technology of the machine has been confirmed to pioneer domestically in the same industry in the scientific and technical novelty search reports provided by  Guangdong Institute of Scientific and Technical Information , and Scientific and Technical Novelty Search Consultation Centre of Jiangsu Province .This machine will provide technical  conditions for upgrading the existing  stone crushing and processing  equipments of the quarries, and will be the  inevitable  trend for future development of crushing  equipments . Several national patents have been applied for the machine . 
  Based on the forming principle of  river sands, the machine is a new type of stone crushing and sand making machinery using impact energy to crush  stones . When the machine is working, the rotor driven by the electromotor rotates at a high speed, and the  stones enter  the functioning area of   blow bars  and impact the blow bars mounted on the rotor  and are crushed , and  then thrown onto the impact liners to be crushed again by impact,  and rebounded into the functioning area of  blow bars to be crushed  once more by impact. Such a  process will be repeated for stones to enter the 1st, and 2nd crushing cavity based on the size range from big to small until the crushed stones are  small enough to escape from the bottom discharging port .  The discharge sizes will be changed automatically by adjusting the space between the impact rack and the rotor , or by adjusting the rotating speed of the rotor .
  The machine is equipped with an equilibrium feeder , which enables the stones to distribute uniformly in the crushing cavity and improves the utilization of  impacting space inside the crushing cavity. Blow bars on the rotor are assembled with clamping block  devices , easy to be installed  and dismantled ,and safe and reliable to operate. The impact angles are designed scientifically to increase the impact force.  Repeated impact between stones and blow bars , between stones and impact  liners ,and rock-on-rock will occur for many times when the stones move down in the crushing cavity, leading to higher crushing rate of stones and higher finished product output, and less abrasion cost . The rotor is designed to rotate clockwise and anticlockwise , leading to full utilization of the space of the crushing  cavity and symmetrical abrasion of blow bars and impact liners.  Irregularly shaped blow bars are adopted, which are cast precisely with high chromium alloy of special prescription for improving the abrasion resistance of blow bars. The abrasion positions of blow bars have been widened and thickened for increasing grinding quantity and  utilization  rate  of  blow bars , and reducing using cost of blow bars. A numerical control dust collector is configured   for eliminating and recycling dust , so that  dust emission to pollute the environment will be avoided and environment-friendly production  realized.  Intelligent control system is equipped for the machine to realize intelligent production by using sensing technology, computer technology, variable frequency technology.  Remote monitoring  is realized through internet . The machine has 13 items of main technical advantages as following:
    1.The Quality of the finished products  is good: The product sands  produced by the machine are of a similarly cubic shape  , free of tension and free of fissures , of less sands with needle and flake shape, of low  powder ratio, of good continuous size distribution , meeting the requirements of high quality stipulated by expressway , high-speed  rail and cement mixing station and so on.
    2. High output of finished products and high efficiency: The feed  amount is  regulated automatically according to  the load of the main unit , and full load production of the main unit will be controlled automatically. The sand output of the machine is two times as much as the vertical impact sand making machine with the same motor power of the main unit .
     3. High product yield rate : The rotation speed of the rotor of main unit will be regulated automatically according to a given discharge size, and the discharge sizes will be also controlled automatically, the crushed sand product yield rate one time will be over  65% ( over 50 % for  special hard stones),  two times as much as the vertical impact sand making machine.
    4. Low energy consumption : The design of impact angles is scientific, leading to big impact force , and making the stones impact each other .Power consumption of the main unit per tonne of product sands is about 2 kW/hour (differed by  different  hardness of stones ),  half of that of the vertical impact sand making machine.
    5. High utilization rate of raw material : The product sands  contain low content of powder , unnecessary to be washed by water and loss  avoided .
    6. Big  feed  size : The diameter of the feed is less or equal to 70 mm(less or equal to 30 mm for special  hard stones).
    7. Video monitoring and safety for operators :  Operation and control in situ is avoided through video operation and control and remote monitoring through internet, improving the working conditions ,reducing labor  cost and ensuring safety for operators.
    8. Interlocked  control  of equipments: When an overload or a clog occurred in the main unit,  all equipments concerned will stop automatically  for ensuring safe operation of the equipments concerned. Meanwhile  there are functions configured such as automatic start, automatic stop,  timed stop ,  stop for a preset quantity, stop for  no materials, stop by  remote control , remote stop through internet .
  9. Numerical  control  dust elimination : Regulating  dust collecting capacity  to avoid dust emission to pollute the environment and realize environment-friendly  production.
  10. Automatic  statistics of output of finished products: Convenient for finished product management on site and yield  assessment .
  11. Automatic  detection  of equipment failures : Convenient for quickly eliminating equipment failures.
  12. Automatic weighing for finished product sale : Automatic truck loading  reduces labor hours and labor cost for truck loading .
  13. Combining  intelligent  control with manual operation and control : It can be controlled by intelligence , or switched to manual operation and control .
  The configurations of the environment-friendly  intelligent stone crushing and  sand making machine can be adjusted to form five  types of  machine for users' option.
  1.The main unit of stone crushing and  sand making machine is equipped with  electromotor , an auto-coupling voltage reducing starter cabinet for forming SS type stone crushing and  sand making machine  and  obtaining the function of stone crushing and  sand making.
  2.The main unit of stone crushing and  sand making machine is equipped with  electromotor , variable frequency  control cabinet for forming SKSS type numerical control stone crushing and  sand making machine, obtaining the function of stone crushing and sand making ,and of manual  regulation of  feed amount . Manually regulate the rotor speed for changing  the discharge  sizes.
  3.The main unit of stone crushing and  sand making machine is equipped with  electromotor and intelligent control system  for forming  ZNSS type intelligent stone crushing and  sand making machine ,  obtaining the function of stone crushing and  sand making ,and of automatic  regulation of  feed amount , and of automatically maintaining full load operation of the main unit; The rotor speed is  regulated automatically  for automatically maintaining  the discharge  sizes.
  4.The main unit of stone crushing and  sand making machine is equipped with  electromotor , an auto-coupling voltage reducing starter cabinet , a multifunction base and a dust collector for forming  HBSS type environment-friendly  stone crushing and  sand making machine ,  obtaining the function of stone crushing and  sand making ,and  of  dust elimination .
