新型數控反擊式制砂機:
反擊式制砂機,是針對礦山采石場大量粒度5-15mm的瓜米石需要制砂而研制的制砂機械。該機工作時在電動機的帶動下,轉子高速旋轉,石料進入板錘作用區時,與轉子上的板錘撞擊破碎后拋至反擊襯板上再次撞擊破碎,然后又從反擊襯板上彈回到板錘作用區重新撞擊破碎,此過程重復進行,石料由大到小進入第一、第二、第三破碎腔重復進行破碎,石料經破碎后由出料口排出。調整反擊架與轉子之間的間隙或調節轉子轉速,改變出料粒度。
該機破碎的成品砂呈似立方體、無張力、無裂縫,符合高速公路、高速鐵路、攪拌站等對砂子的高質量要求。
新型反擊式制砂機,是在反擊式制砂機基礎上優化技術參數。轉子的板錘采用燕尾槽與板錘支座的燕尾鍵形成卡位配合并加螺栓緊固,確保板錘在運轉過程中不脫落,保障整機運轉安全;科學設計撞擊角度,增大撞擊力,使石料在破碎腔內下行過程中重復多次形成石料與板錘、石料與反擊襯板、石料與石料之間相互撞擊,從而提高石料的破碎率、提高成品產量、降低磨損成本;采用高效板錘,高效板錘采用特別配方的高鉻合金材料精密鑄造,增強板錘的耐磨性,板錘加寬加厚增加板錘的磨削量,提高板錘的利用率;改進結構,增加側門和后窗,便于板錘、反擊襯板的更換和機腔內的檢查維護;配置均衡送料器,使石料在破碎腔內分布均勻,增加石料的撞擊面,從而提高破碎率和制砂成品產量。
新型數控反擊式制砂機,是在新型反擊式制砂機基礎上配置變頻控制器,應用變頻技術調節轉子轉速,自動改變出料粒度,提高制砂成品率和成品產量。已申報國家專利。
New type numerical control impact sand making machine :
In view of requirements for making sands from large amount of pisolite with a size range of 5- 15 mm at the quarries , an impact sand making machine has been developed by our company . When the machine is working, the rotor driven by the electromotor rotates at a high speed, and the stones enter the functioning area of blow bars and impact the blow bars mounted on the rotor and are crushed , and then thrown onto the impact liners to be crushed again by impact, and rebounded into the functioning area of blow bars to be crushed once more by impact. Such a process will be repeated for stones to enter the 1st, 2nd and 3rd crushing cavity based on the size range from big to small until the crushed stones are small enough to escape from the bottom discharging port . It is possible to change the discharge sizes by adjusting the space between the impact rack and the rotor , or by adjusting the rotating speed of the rotor .
The crushed sand product produced by the machine is of a similarly cubic shape , free of tension and free of fissures, meeting the requirement of high quality stipulated by expressway , high-speed rail and cement mixing station and so on .
On the basis of the impact sand making machine, our company has optimized the technical parameters for the new type impact sand making machine . As dovetail slots on the blow bars and dovetail keys on the blow bar seats form clamping match , blow bars on the rotor are assembled with key-slot clamping plus bolt fastening , ensuring no falling off of blow bars and ensuring safety of the whole machine during operation .The impact angles are designed scientifically to increase the impact force . Repeated impact between stones and blow bars , between stones and impact liners ,and rock-on-rock will occur for many times when the stones move down in the crushing cavity, leading to higher crushing rate and higher output of sand product and lower abrasion cost . High efficient blow bars are adopted . High efficient blow bars are cast precisely with high chromium alloy of special prescription for improving the abrasion resistance . Blow bars are thickened and widened for improving grinding quantity and utilization rate of blow bars. The structure of the machine is improved, adding side doors and a back window for convenient replacing of blow bars and impact liners , and for convenient checking and maintenance inside the machine chamber. An equilibrium feeder is configured, allowing stones to distribute uniformly in the crushing cavity and improving the utilization of impacting space inside the crushing cavity, and hence improving crushing rate and output of finished sand products .
On the basis of the new type impact sand making machine, a variable frequency controller has been configured for the new type numerical control impact sand making machine . Variable frequency technology is used to adjust the rotating speed of the rotor and regulate automatically the discharge sizes of products , and improve sand product yield rate and output of finished products. National patent has been applied for the new type numerical control impact sand making machine .
